How to create a web application for 2D drafting?

I would like to write / create a Web application for myself that could draw walls, insert various objects, doors, windows, etc., I know that there are a lot of applications for PC and even Web versions for this, but some do not what I want, and if there is, then this is a PC program, and there are no web versions.

Brief functionality:
- Access by login and password.
- Storage of created drawings on the server.
- Convert to PDF or DWG format (optional).
- creating walls and editing LxWxH by clicking.
And of course, the charms of CAD programs for a little bit, such as FreeCAD, NanoCAD.

And so the question is, on what or on what to write / create such beauty?
And please clarify your answers.
Answers such as "in Python", "in C#" put me in a stupor. Is there anything else attached to them? Some library there, Python + React for example.
I am ready to spend at least a year on development, I really want to.

Use Unity and build for WebAsm for this. There are no libraries for solving your task in any language, because this is the direct functionality of your specific task. Have a conscience already. And yes, it's C#.
