How to create a web app in aiogram?

Just yesterday, Telegram was updated, and its API, the latest version is 6.0. Added Web App.
Aiogram writes that it already fully supports this api, including the web app. I looked at the source code, everything seems to be right there.
But the Web App is still not being created, and the only Englishman asked the question, here . So it's useless to google, there is no information.
