I want to create a voice assistant program. Help with literature for speech synthesis with a specific voice and not standard ready-made voices, and speech recognition.

Speech synthesis, speech recognition, and command analysis are three slightly different things. Creating your own amusement park with "voice assistant" blackjack is an interesting task, but you can't do it in any way like Alice / Alexa / Siri.
