I downloaded a book on Django and fell into a stupor .. I just can not figure it out with pip.
I try to do everything as the author writes, in the end something is wrong. There are a lot of ideas on google about this. I also tried to import the module, but I did not see the result.

Django by Example is a good book. But try the Django Girls Tutorials first . There is a detailed answer, including to your current question (the link to it leads right away), written in an easy-to-understand language.

This should not be done in the Python shell, but in the OS (for example, in bash)
