How to create a virtual file system (like FUSE)?

I need to open a remote directory in the software, I want to do this using the interface of the system itself (I know that win has the ability to connect remotely, but it doesn’t suit me)

The point is to launch a real explorer, but all the folders in it were created from the code , i.e. actually they don't exist
