How to create a variable using GULP and insert its value into multiple project files?

There are many files and in different places of these files it is necessary to change some information.
It would be great to write the text into the gulpfile.js variable , then create a source folder with PHP files, in the markup of which , using some tag , indicate the places where the same variable from gulpfile.js will be written when compiling the project.
