How to create a ticket on behalf of the user in the zendesk REST API?

zendesk has a REST API, but it can only be accessed by a registered user, which means that all tickets will be created on behalf of this user.
Actually, the question is how, using their API, create a ticket in which it will be possible to respond to the client through the internal functionality of zendesk to the mail sent to the API?

When you create an API ticket, you pass in your client's name and address. It is they who are indicated in the ticket in the director's data, so the employee's response is sent to the address. This is a standard scheme, there can be no problems here.
