I'm trying to create my own topic based on the article habrahabr.ru/post/172213 and met with difficulties almost at the very beginning. After installing the Omega theme itself and the 3 described modules, I create a sub-theme, but I don’t have Grid settings in its settings.
All modules and theme are the latest stable version (not dev.).
