How to create a slider in the uikit framework?

I'm trying to get on uikit. And something caught a fence with a slider. I looked at the documentation in both Russian and English. I can't figure out what command to initialize the slider with. I just tried to throw the markup into the layout - it did not help.

Connect the files to the page with the slider:
/css/components/slider.min.css
/js/components/slider.min.js
In UIkit, all components are connected separately, only basic elements are registered in the main files. That is why it is called modular.

Okay , but how can I connect them if there is no such components folder with such files like slider? Also, this rosmok screwed up the amazon server and did not download ukit 2-3, I had to bypass the ip side!
