How to create a simple and effective analytics table for an online store?

There was a question of conducting analytics for an online store in 3 areas - attendance, SEO, sales. The question arose what indicators to monitor and how to correctly draw up a table for such monitoring? I would not want to go crazy and monitor 150 KPIs every day, advise those indicators that are really important. Perhaps someone has a ready-made plate, I would be grateful.
I myself have the following thoughts:
Attendance:
1. Visitors / hosts
2. Views
3. Depth
4. Time spent
5.
SEO region:
1. Positions for key queries
2. Number of backlinks
3. TIC
4. PAGE Rank
Sales:
1. Number of purchases
2. Average check
3. Conversion
4. Number of calls
...

@ Vitamin

should be the following, date, number of visits to the site (total), number of visits (according to sources - search engines, etc.), number of leads, number of calls, number of orders!
