How to create a shopping cart in Angular?

Hello, how can I create a full-fledged working basket in Angular? (I think it will also need Json / Ajax, etc.) if there are links to ready-made examples, I will be glad and how to add an Html attribute to an element in Angular (let's say I have a tag and I want add the data-name attribute to it.
