How to create a remote repository from an already existing project?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to set up git on an existing project, but I can't figure out how.
On the locale, I assembled such a scheme
- the main repository - git init --bare main
- repo1
- repo2
That's what happened - prntscr.com/8yljw1
Everything is committed and pushed.
Now I'm trying to set up such a scheme on a finished project,
The site itself is located along this path - /home/bitrix/www/
If you do git init --bare for this folder, then git working folders are created here - prntscr.com/8ym250
Is it possible to take out a thread this moment.

@dixoNich

in .git/config

[remote "origin"]
  url = your url
  fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
