How to create a raid array for a web server?

Good afternoon! This is my first time organizing a raid.
Tell me how to organize a raid in order to ensure reliability and speed for a LAMP server.
There is a Supermicro Sys-6027r-e1r12 server, 1000GB SAS HDD - 10pcs, SSD 100GB - 2pcs, SSD 240GB - 2pcs.
Part of the HDD is probably better to leave for replacement? To speed up the work on the SSD can put mysql?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

First, decide how you will organize the RAID. Controller means or operating system means. If it is a controller, then you need to understand which controller you have installed in this server, what options are available to it, since modern controllers can do many different things, such as using an SSD as a level 2 cache, etc.
If using OS means, then I would suggest combining your SAS HDD into RAID5 (for example, 8 + 1 and one disk for Hot Spare) and use it to store data that is not critical to access speed, SSD 240 to RAID1 and use it to store data that is critical to speed access and SSD 100 also in RAID1 and give it for caching.
