So I couldn't find an answer on the internet.

For some reason, you combined 2 absolutely unrelated tasks - a quiz and sending abstract data to an abstract email.
With the help of a purely backend it will be miserable, but possible. I just finished doing a quiz on our project, it works well in a bunch of js + css + backend. I didn’t bother with statistics and “indecipherability”, everything was done within the framework of the “test yourself” concept, but nothing prevents me from adding.
