How to create a pl/sql query in the specified edition?

Good day. I'm just learning PL/SQL. There is some problem and the wording in it confuses:

Write a query in PL\SQL <...> in the specified revision after the specified date

I can’t find it in the open spaces as the edition is indicated in the request.

Not indicated at all. In this case, it means that the request should not contain functions and code structures added in later editions of the language.
