How to create a non-local file in Python?

Heroku

Uploaded a python telegram bot program to Heroku. But heroku does not support temporary files, and the bot cannot work without them.
Where (and how?) can I save temporary files on the Internet?
The first thing that comes to mind is whether there is an interaction with Google drive to create files there, read them and delete them?
Or is it better to store data in Google Sheets?
