How to create a new SQLite database using Adminer?

I go to adminer, I need to enter a login, password, SQLite database name, but I just logged in and I don't have an account.
What should I enter?
I don't understand
There is nowhere to create something new and similar ..
Please tell me

Does sqlite have a username/password? sqlite database is created simply by "$ touch my_db.sqlite" and that's it.
