At the same time, I do not understand how to create a new page so that each category has a different design.
I changed the look of the category template because I thought that this would be my directory. By the way, now I see this page every time I click on links of the Catalog>> type
. Task: create a page with a general catalog where links to categories will be located (Links in the form of pictures), and also create category pages so that each of They had different designs and content.
When you click on a link in the catalog, you need to get to the category page (for example, thermoses), where there will already be a grid of goods, and when you click on a product, you will already get to the product page.
It is not entirely clear yet how to create new pages in OpenCart. I read about the option to do them through the admin panel, but then SEO will suffer, because the pages created in this way belong to the "News" category. And I need a reliable and generally correct non-artisanal way.
