How to create a message sorter bot in Telegram?

We need a telegram bot through which you can send messages to a group, but for the bot to send already sorted messages.
For example, here are the messages: 09/07
14:00 Hair coloring
09/07 12:00 Manicure
09/06 08:00 Men's haircut
09/06 11:00 Women's haircut
message) and then sends the already sorted ones to the group.
