How to create a list in MODX Revo?

How to create a list that can be managed (add/remove/change items) through the admin panel, let's say, a list of products. This should not be a TV-field for a template, but just some parameter or something that can be picked up in a snippet and sorted out as an array.
What can be used for this? Maybe there are some plugins?
I hope I explained it clearly :)
p.s. this is not a store or a shopping cart, the list of products is taken as an example.
