How to create a layout for a specific site?

Here is the site: www.exodoanimation.com
I know that usually the layout goes on a 12 or 16 column layout, and there sizes are for example 960 and so on.
But here on the site content blocks are located on the whole screen (I have full hd).
How should the psd layout of the columns look like? To draw your design in full screen.
Just don't say it, put the columns at 1920px)) Even if so, explain how it will be laid out. Thanks a lot!

Ilya, go to Google in developer mode and look at the breakpoints:
drag the site with the cursor, squeeze it, you will see that the blocks are scaled.
How to do this:
1) invent blocks
2) figure out what will be rubber and what is not
3) take into account the behavior of elements at different resolutions
4) look at how blocks behave when stretched on the site, in developer mode
Yes, a grid may be needed under 1920 (for example, for online store cards). Look at the site of the Lebedev studio in developer mode as an example, the questions will disappear. They keep the text as if within 1200px, and the cards and backgrounds stretch across the entire width.
ps urgently go to figma, it will speed up the development at times + there you can immediately test your design.
I apply grids just in case , copy them to your document in Figma and do everything there (by the way, you can test how the blocks behave when stretched in real time)
