How to create a global hotkey?

you need to write a hotkey that will deploy the program from the trays, I can write ordinary hotkeys with global ones I have never come across

Qt does not have an implementation of global hotkeys.
This can be done through the platform API.
Under Windows, this is WinAPI, or via SetWindowsHookEx (hooking the entire keyboard) or registering individual key combinations.
