In art books, the chapter is often torn apart with the insertion of some symbol, for example

Then the next part of the chapter continues. What is the correct name for this and is there a toolkit for such things in Latex?
ZYZH I have a simple text where these breaks are made with simple characters. How can they be transformed to be beautiful and uniform?
