How to create a form on Windows Script Host?

Want to create a form on Windows Script Host using JScript language? The form must be desktop, open from a .js file, but not be browser-based. Can I do this, or does Windows Script Host not allow writing desktop applications?

As far as I know, it is also possible to use forms of MS Office applications, using Word or Excel launched in a hidden window as an automation server ...
