How to create a folder structure with music with the name of the artist by ID3 tags?

There is a folder with music in mp3 format with many nested directories (mostly different collections). Is there any program that, after analyzing the id3 tags of files, would create a folder with the name of the artist in a separate directory, and in it all the songs of this artist?
