How to create a feedback form in Django on Remodal?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a contact form in Django. No luck so far:
I'm using the Remodal jQuery plugin to create modals.
However, in Django, when inserting a form, this does not work.
When you click on the send data button, neither sending nor changing windows occurs.
Please tell me working examples with Django and modals or how to make remodal work on Django.
