How to create a fake account?

Sorry for the tag, I don't really know what to put here. There is a site where I have an account. I entered it from all my devices (PC, laptops, phone). The site remembers all devices, and if I create a second account on any device that showed up on the first one, both accounts will be banned. How to bypass the system and create a second acc. Will incognito mode help?

Try logging in with TOR Browser.
Although, if the site is like that, most likely it will not let you in.

You can try to create a virtual machine on a PC and it enters, the hardware will be different, although the IP address will also need to be replaced with a proxy or VPN.
