How to create a dota 2 lobby through a website?

Hi all!
there is a site https://www.faceit.com on it such a system:
1. Registered
2. Clicked the search for a match
3. Players were selected for
you 4. You all take part
5. After that, a dedicated server or lobby is created (THROUGH THE SITE), that is , I do not need to create a lobby myself
6. IP: PORT is issued for connection
Interested in how to do this in order to automatically create a lobby for players. how to implement this?

Go here , request access to the API, describing what it is for (because there is no detailed description and documentation, there is no way to know if the API provides the necessary functionality). I don’t see a more easy way, besides, they are all in alpha / beta testing.

Perhaps there is a launch with some kind of console command, at least there is a command for creating a local lobby.
