How to create a Donut Chart in conjunction with a ListView?

Need to create two pages without using Firebase. The first page is a ListView that lists the categories, the second is a Donut Chart that gets values from the ListView and separates those categories accordingly. Tell me how to implement this? Where to dig? Maybe there are examples?
