How to create a dependency between the rows of a consolidated table and additional data?

Good afternoon! Most likely, the answer is already there, but I have not found it yet.

Help me solve the following problem:
1. There is a consolidated table with data from several tables via =QUERY({IMPORTRANGE....

2. Additional information must be added to the imported data (sales data) in the consolidated table in the same line - payment status , taxes, etc.

3. The problem is that when new data arrives from tables with sales, rows with additional (non-imported information) in the consolidated table are not shifted along with the imported data to which they refer, but remain in the same row (which is already occupied by new incoming data).

Consolidated data (returned by formulas) needs to be transferred (by GAS script, Zapier service or similar) to a new sheet or to a new table, where you can already add the necessary information.
