How to create a database in MS SQL Server 2014?

Installed MS SQL Server 2014 and MS SQL Server 2014 Management according to this video:

When opening Management, I try to create a database, but an error occurs:

   в Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlMgmt.RunningFormsTable.RunningFormsTableImpl.ThreadStarter.StartThread()

I found in Google that I need to copy the Microsoft.SqlServer.Sqm.dll file from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Shared to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\ IDE, but I don't have this file.
Already tried to even reinstall and reinstall MS SQL Server, still getting an error when creating the database. How to fix the error?
