How to create a database in Bitrix24 api?

Good afternoon. You need to create a simple table
`id` integer AI
`name` string Similar
to mysql.
I read in the crm api documentation that this is implemented using entity. But nowhere did I find a clear example of work. I doubt that I found the correct solution.
Who came across, tell me how to create tables there?
