How to create a community around a product?

What tools and services are convenient to use to create a community around an open source product? I have an open source product ( comet server ) and sometimes they ask questions about it, but answering user questions in personal correspondence by mail is not very effective, I want to choose some kind of question and answer service for this, or deploy one on my server. So that answers and questions are publicly available and indexed by search engines.
Now I posted the code on github, I keep the documentation on my website.

What didn't please https://github.com/features ? Just for open source.

GitHub with its tickets + chat based on Slack or Gitter. These are the best practices for today. It's hard to come up with something better.

Facebook groups are a good tool for creating communities. You can even immediately make a page for your product, and a group will be attached to it - now it’s possible.
