I can suggest three options for action (I can’t be one hundred percent sure of any of them):
1) look towards creating a custom property for BasketItem, tk. in fact, they are the ones you get.
2) You can try to break the order, but mini orders. Then it will be a comment for each mini order.
3) Create your own custom property, the values ​​of which will be stored in a table or HL block, and will be bound to the basketItem id.
