How to create a client for firebase in C#?

I just can't figure out how to make a client with access to Cloud firebase in C#. I searched all the documentation, forums and could not find anything sensible. They have a painfully sophisticated structure and I, as a beginner oiler, do not have enough brains to process it. So the question is: how to create a client in firebase in C# to access Cloud firebase, and more specifically, how to create a client json file and then manipulate it.
