How to create a choice game?

We need to make a simple game for children. Who knows what this genre of game is called in general, and what to look for, help. I am newbie. There is no answer on the web.
After passing the menu, the player enters the gameplay itself. At difficulty level 1, there is a snake and a toad to the left of it. The player needs to drag items with this sound to the desired hero.
For example: acorns for a toad, etc.
Everything seems simple, but I found only one similar tutorial on the unit for my question.
In general, whoever can, give a resource, a tutorial or advice.

Are you expecting a tutorial for all occasions and are looking for where there will be a tutorial for dragging a snake onto a frog?
Break your Wishlist into primitives like playing a sound, dragging objects, etc. And look for them.
