How to create a chat with bitrix24 rest?

Hello!
I am trying to create a chat for a mobile application. This chat should be integrated with Bitrix24 open lines (live chat).
I've looked at the rest of the Bitrix24 docs but can't figure it out. (Bitrix24 Chat Docs)

I found this imopenlines.network.join. What is this code?
