How to create a certificate using Russian algorithms?

Interested in the issue related to the creation of certificates using Russian algorithms those GOST 34.10-2001, GOST 34.10-2012. In the latter, I am interested in various options for certificates with keys 256 and 512, as well as with various hashing options (using different GOSTs).
I know that there are the following options, but they do not fit for one reason or another:

1. A solution from CryptoCOM called CryptoPacket . This solution does not support GOST 34.10-2012
   
2. Solution from LISSI-Soft library LISSI Crypto Core , which is included in the paid package LCSSL
   

Are there any demo programs with which you can create certificates?
