How to create a certificate using AD for an access point? When connecting, access is denied due to the inability to authenticate. The only option left is a certificate.

You obviously mean the Certification Authority snap-in, because AD itself is just an LDAP server, it only stores certificates.
The answer is very simple - if only with its help - then nothing.
Although, perhaps something has changed in modern versions of the snap-in, but in w2k8 the Certification Authority is a rather poor snap-in that only allows you to approve a queued request or view issued certificates - even to transfer the CSR to the CA, you had to use its web face, not to mention about CSR generation.
Well, I don’t know access points for which access would be made using certificates, maybe there is RADIUS?

No way. Active Directory does not issue certificates.
