How to create a bootable USB flash drive with windows 8.1?

I understand that the question is easy and easy to google. but sometimes you want to listen to a smart person. And then I won’t get to this topic.
Interested in 2 approaches. Native (from Microsoft) and with the help of third-party utilities (do not offer dead ones).
As I understand it, there are several steps
- downloading patches
- integrating patches into the OS
- preparing an answer file for silent installation
- creating an assembly for 32 and 64 bit computers
- creating a boot menu with 4 items (32, 32+ answer file, 64, 64 + file answers)
- optional addition of firewood to the assembly
- optional addition of software to the assembly (office, antivirus, archiver)
- rolling all this onto a USB flash drive
Now to what I understand. There are two options for the second stage?? The first is to work directly with the image. And the second is the installation of the axis on the virtual machine, followed by cleaning up the tails through sysrep and brainwashing. With the second option, as I understand it, you can also install the office inside the assembly.
Interested in who and how sees this action.
