How to create a beautiful UI for Android?

I wanted to learn how to make a beautiful and convenient user interface for android, with all sorts of influxes, zooms, appearances and other layered animation. But either I’m looking badly, or this information is really very small, but I still couldn’t find at least some good guides on this topic.
If you know where you can find information on this topic, please share, I will be extremely grateful)

The main guide is, oddly enough, Google. In the section for developers there is a lot of information about what and how should move out, animate and puff. And I strongly advise you to follow these guides - then the chances of all kinds of featuring and other bonuses will increase.

Search Google for broader topics. For example, learn about the " 12 principles of animation ", or more clearly here (I advise everyone to take a look, even if the topic is not interested, for general education). And apply them already to your task, there is nothing complicated.
For inspiration, you can google "motion design", and see what level of 2D animation is there.
