How to cover up a phishing site?

paxinoga.vivivokos.ru
sent a claim to the domain registrar, they sent me: " ... the domain administrator independently determines the procedure for using the domain; is responsible for the choice of the domain name, possible violations of the rights of third parties related to the choice and use of the domain name, and also bears the risk of losses, related to such violations.… Please contact the Domain Administrator. ... "

Sent a message to [email protected], also no response.

Send requests to CERT-GIB and RU-CERT - they will contact the hoster, domain administrator, and, if necessary, with the registrar.

Additionally, I recommend complaining about it to Yandex and Google through special forms, as well as giving the site a negative WOT rating.
Probably nothing more can be done.

According to your iframe link to golleions.ru/ , judging by the root, a lot of people are being fished there.
And there is already another hosting, from Network Operations Center Inc., write to them.
Those. your link is not the only one with an iframe to this site.
