There is an IP camera on the street, like this one . How can you roughly calculate the number of people who passed? And is it possible to do without recording the broadcast, but to recognize it immediately from the live broadcast?

In short, the idea is to connect a Raspberry Pi with a neuron (already trained, of course) to the camera, which recognizes people, their number and “tracks” them (see where they are moving, etc.)
