How to count cell with 2 conditions in google spreadsheets?

Task: make a formula to calculate the total amount under 2 conditions
- if "September 2019"
- if "Lunch"
I.e. I need to calculate here how much I spent on Lunch in September 2019.
I tried through all types of IF, but either the bowler hat does not cook, or the skis do not go. Thanks for the help.
