How to correctly transfer a domain from one server to another with Let's Encrypt support on VestaCP?

When I try to check the box "Support Lets Encrypt" with the help, "Error code: 2" falls out. I tried using letsencrypt-vesta according to the manual https://habrahabr.ru/post/320824/ - error:

- The following errors were reported by the server:

   Domain: www.test.pro
   Type: unauthorized
Detail: The key authorization file from the server did not match
   this challenge
   ...................................

   Domain: test.pro
   Type: unauthorized
Detail: The key authorization file from the server did not match
   this challenge
  .....................................

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
entered correctly and the DNS A/AAAA record(s) for that domain
   contain(s) the right IP address.
 - Your account credentials have been saved in your Certbot
configuration directory at /etc/letsencrypt. You should make a
secure backup of this folder now. This configuration directory will
also contain certificates and private keys obtained by Certbot so
making regular backups of this folder is ideal.
Let's Encrypt returned an error status. Aborting.

I so understood it is necessary to edit dns. But if I direct dns to the new ip, then for a while the new domain will work without https, right? Can this be somehow avoided?
