How to correctly redirect mp3 through my server?

Tell me how to correctly redirect mp3 from another server through my server to the client. I feed on parsing the content of the media portal. And in order to bypass the cors, I redirected the file through my server. When downloading, everything seems to be fine, but I would like to transfer this file in parts, as in this portal itself when playing this file (mp3).

If there is another solution how to do this, I will be glad to know.
