Windows Sever 2012 with Parallels Power Panel is installed on the VDS
When trying to elevate the AD role, accessing Parallels Power Panel via the web interface is no longer possible, because the local user disappears as a class.
This is probably due to the fact that authorization in Parallels Power Panel occurs via the local , not by domain account.

Even on the domain controller there is a local administrator account .\Administrator. For such tasks, access is needed :) Or at least screenshots of software errors and the event log, security audit, by the way, you can also look, there will be logs of authorization errors.
