How to correctly formulate the topic of the diploma?

Bachelor's degree, the university is quite small (province).
As a thesis, I want to make a freelance exchange aggregator in the form of a mobile application (presumably)
Please advise:
1. How best to formulate the topic? The supervisor does not offer much, he asks to suggest options himself: \
2. For the bachelor's degree, I need to store something in the database, that is, to have some entities. What can be done in this regard?

1) Let's ask ourselves - what critical benefits will your system provide to users due to the fact that it will be a mobile application (versus a desktop one)? I don't see the answer. Therefore, the platform through which the UI will be implemented is not significant and is not worthy of being included in the topic of the diploma.
2) Aggregator. The idea is good. But in order for the thesis to "sound", you must demonstrate that your aggregator, combining quantitative entities, has acquired (managed to provide) qualitatively новые возможности (преимущества). Соответственно, мало просканировать биржи и объединить их в единую выдачу. Проведите анализ, хотя бы минимальный, кластеризацию, прогноз количественных показателей (стоимости заказа). Пусть он будет приблизительным и возможно ошибочным, но он будет именно качественно новой возможностью. Применяйте классическую регрессию, machine learning, все что сочтете интересным.
В конце концов это Ваша квалификационная работа - Вы демонстрируете умение решать задачи хоть сколь либо отклоняющиеся от типовых - и чем дальше Вы отойдете от набившей оскомины цепочки типового решения, тем выигрышнее будет смотреться Ваш диплом.
