How to correctly formulate the issue of intellectual property in the contract?

The customer wants to describe in the contract his right to the code transferred to him. The matter is complicated by the fact that he has an old PC software developer among his advisers.
And all formulations lead to the transfer of rights to the code. I don't seem to mind, but there is a nuance with the fact that the code consists of not only my code. There is farmework yii2, the rights to which I cannot transfer, since I do not own them, and other js scripts, bootstrap, etc.
How would I formulate this clause of the contract in order to separate my code and third-party code.
Does anyone have the correct solution? How many did not read the contracts in the internet, everything is very ambiguous.

So write all the rights to the code written by Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich are transferred to the customer. Under the terms of this agreement, the project contains code distributed under the terms of MIT, CC, etc., which is not the property of the contractor and cannot be transferred to the customer without the consent of the copyright holders. The customer undertakes to independently resolve the legal issues of using this code.
