Alternatively, you can use - world canvas, but you need to check how a large number of canvases on the scene will affect performance or use 3d text that can be found in the primitive creation menu.

You need to create a 2d "canvas", and inside it (according to the hierarchy of objects) already add the "text" object. Set up the canvas properly with the camera so that zoom and rotation do not affect the canvas.
